1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the vehicle hire, chauffeur, corporate transportation, and logistics services (the "Services") offered by the Company ("we", "us", "the Company"), a company registered in Nigeria with its registered office at the registered office address stated on this website. By creating an account, making a booking, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to register an account or make a booking. Self-drive hire additionally requires a valid driving licence held for a minimum period we may specify at the time of booking.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the support email address stated on this website if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, breaches these Terms, or is used fraudulently.

4. Bookings and Quotations

A booking submitted through the website is a request; it is not confirmed until we issue confirmation and, where a deposit or payment is required, that payment is received and verified. Quotations are valid only until the date stated on the quotation and are subject to vehicle availability at the time of acceptance. Prices, surcharges (night, weekend, holiday, out-of-state, security), and taxes are calculated at the time of booking and shown to you before you submit payment.

5. Payments

We accept payment by card (via our payment processor), and bank transfer. Bank transfer payments are confirmed only after our finance team verifies the proof of payment you submit; this is not instantaneous. Prices are stated in the currency stated at booking unless otherwise noted. Where a deposit is specified, the balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation or corporate contract.

6. Driver and Vehicle Conduct

Chauffeurs are provided by us or by verified fleet partners and are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Self-drive hirers must operate the vehicle lawfully, hold a valid licence for the vehicle class, and are responsible for traffic offences, fines, and tolls incurred during the hire period. Vehicles must not be used for any illegal purpose, to transport prohibited goods, or in a manner that exceeds manufacturer load/passenger limits.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits, or missed connections, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Insurance

Our fleet is insured as described at the time of booking; insurance coverage details, excess amounts, and exclusions will be provided on request. You are responsible for any damage arising from a breach of these Terms, reckless use, or use outside agreed terms (e.g. an unauthorized driver, or use outside a corporate contract's permitted purpose).

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, no-shows, and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

10. Fleet Partners and Logistics

Vehicles supplied by independent fleet partners are governed additionally by our Fleet Partner Agreement. Delivery and logistics bookings are governed additionally by our Logistics Terms.
