These Logistics Terms apply, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions, to all delivery and logistics orders placed through the platform.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact names and phone numbers, and an honest description, quantity, weight, and declared value of the package(s). Inaccurate information that delays or prevents delivery is not our responsibility.
We do not transport: illegal substances or goods; firearms, ammunition, or explosives; hazardous or flammable materials without prior written agreement and appropriate handling; live animals; or cash/negotiable instruments above the maximum amount stated at booking without prior written agreement. We may refuse or cancel an order found to contain a prohibited item.
Our liability for loss or damage to a package in transit is limited to the declared value stated at booking, or the maximum amount stated at booking, whichever is lower, unless you have arranged additional coverage with us in advance. We recommend declaring an accurate value and packaging items appropriately for transit.
Logistics pricing is calculated from a base fee plus a per-kilometre rate based on the estimated distance you provide at booking; the final price is confirmed once the order is accepted and may be adjusted if the actual route differs materially from the estimate.
Each order's status is tracked and visible from your account, from submission through pickup, transit, and delivery. Tracking timestamps and locations are recorded by our dispatch team and, where available, the assigned driver.
Delivery is confirmed by proof of delivery: the recipient's name, and where captured, a photo. A delivery attempted but not completed (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, refusal) is recorded as a failed delivery, and re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Delivery dates provided at booking are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery window was explicitly agreed and confirmed in writing.
An order may be cancelled before pickup, subject to our Cancellation Policy. Once picked up, an order cannot be cancelled, only redirected or returned at an additional cost.
