This Fleet Partner Agreement governs the relationship between the Company ("we", "us") and any individual or company ("Partner", "you") who lists a vehicle on our platform for hire to our customers.
Your application, vehicle documents, and bank details are reviewed before approval. We may request additional documentation (vehicle registration, insurance, roadworthiness certificate, your means of identification) and may decline or suspend an application or listing at our discretion, with reasons provided where practicable.
Vehicles listed must be roadworthy, currently registered and insured, and reasonably clean and well-maintained at all times they are available for booking. We may suspend a listing that falls below these standards until it is remedied.
A vehicle you submit is listed as inactive until our team verifies its details and documentation and activates it. You are responsible for keeping pricing, availability, and vehicle details up to date; rate changes take effect for new bookings only.
We coordinate bookings, driver assignment (where the vehicle is chauffeur-driven by a driver we assign), and customer communication for vehicles booked through the platform. You agree to make the vehicle available for confirmed bookings and to notify us promptly of any planned unavailability (maintenance, personal use, etc.).
For each completed, paid booking involving your vehicle, we retain a commission at the percentage agreed with you at approval (shown in your partner dashboard), and the remainder is recorded as payable to you. Earnings move through pending, approved, and payable stages before payout, as reconciled by our finance team.
Payouts are made to the bank account you provide, on the schedule we communicate to you (e.g. weekly or monthly). You are responsible for keeping your bank details current and accurate; payouts sent to outdated details you failed to update are not our responsibility to recover.
You confirm that your vehicle carries insurance appropriate for commercial hire use, or that you have arranged coverage through us where offered. You remain responsible for ensuring your vehicle and its use complies with applicable law.
You are responsible for routine maintenance and keeping the vehicle roadworthy. Where our staff record a critical maintenance issue, the vehicle is taken offline until resolved and verified.
Either party may end this Agreement with the applicable amount or period stated at booking days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for a breach of vehicle standards, fraudulent activity, or repeated cancellations of confirmed bookings. Earnings already accrued at termination remain payable per the normal payout schedule.
You participate as an independent fleet partner, not as an employee, agent, or joint venture partner of the Company.
