We do not store your full card number — card payments are processed directly by our payment processor (Paystack/Flutterwave), which is PCI-DSS compliant; bank transfer proofs you upload (a screenshot or receipt) are stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized finance staff.
• Corporate/fleet-partner information: company registration details, bank account details for payouts, and documents you submit for verification.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and service-improvement purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and process bookings, quotations, invoices, and payments.
• To assign drivers and vehicles, coordinate logistics deliveries, and provide customer support.
• To send booking confirmations, status updates, receipts, and — where you have not opted out — service-related communications.
• To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the platform.

We retain booking, payment, and invoice records for as long as required by Nigerian tax and business-record-keeping law, and account information for as long as your account remains active plus a reasonable period afterward. Financial records are never deleted, only closed out, consistent with standard accounting practice.
